August 2008
It started off as a need to revise one chapter of my first novel,
A Cage of Bones, for inclusion in an on-line forum with my
Yahoo gayreaderswriters group. Before I could stop myself, I’d
edited the entire book, something I’ve wanted to do for some time.
Although it’s been selling successfully for more than 10 years, I’ve
long wanted to revise it and tone down the poetry—just a bit! It’s
also technically out-of-print because the Gay Men’s Press is no
longer operational, even though the first print run is still
available.
With that in mind, and what with all the breaking news about
e-books, I decided it was time to reclaim the book and issue it in a
Print On Demand version and an e-book in an updated edition.
Keep tuned for more developments as the book becomes available later
this month. And if you’re interested, I’ve written the first ever
Readers Guide to A Cage of Bones, which you can find here:

How do you fire a legend? Isn't that what 20th Century Fox did to Marilyn? Money, apparently, is no respecter of anything. And ...
